| This is a litters dogbase numbers: 99 92 126 131 122 Could someone explain what those numbers mean exactly? First ones are hd/ed? Are these good numbers? Thanks so much in advance for the help :) |

| The overbite/underbite numbers are no longer used. 99 is not great for hips.....relatively speaking. 100 means that the dog neither increases nor decreases the trait. 99 means the dog is basically neutral on that trait. A "great" hip number (meaning a line strong for clear hips) would be 90 or less. There are many dogs in the upper 80's if you do some searching. "Good" elbow numbers are typically 90-95, so yes, the 92 is good. The other numbers indicate strong bone, etc. Remember this is only a tool and there are TONS of dogs out there who do not fit their numbers (either for good or for bad).
