I wanted to highlight this passage. If it had been a 'quick easy fix' - you'd think they would have found it on their own.

If it's gotten to where you've had a problem escalate to a point where your circle of friends / past experience, etc. couldn't help, chances are, it's not going to be 'quick' or 'easy'.

I find the members of this forum very knowledgeable and informative. When asking for advice, you should always be prepared to hear things that you may not totally agree with. We all think differently, and react to things differently, that is what makes us human. What is improtant is what you do with the information or advice that you receive.
