Arrow Goofy dog?

Okay I been informed I am looking into too much on certain things. But this I know I am not overanalyzing it.
Sarge is in a silly mood almost 24/7 we take him out to pee and he is playing and leaping around while he is peeing.
Bring him in to play and he is goofy too. He will bring me a toy and we play tug of war until the things rip in half and the stuffing goes flying and then he shoves his nose into the stuffing and helps it fly up into the air.
When he is working out in the house we can say sit but he is wagging his nub so hard that his whole body is shaking. We go on walks and he is trembling all over cuz of his nub going 100mph. He is play bowing so much with the cats and tried his hardest to get Goober ( 6wk kitten) to come out and play.

Is this a stage or what? And should I let it happen? He does do what we tell him to do but he is just shaking his nub so hard that he is shaking all over. Now remember he is not a show dog. Just a goofy clown!

Frau's 2 1/2 and she's still like that

I call her my goof-weiler. It should become a sub-breed to the rottweiler. You can get a rottweiler, happy, strong, stoic, or a goof-weiler, wiggly and licky and jiggly.

We love dogs with spirit, drives and joy of work, but also dogs who can control themselves. It’s kind of a balance fine as a hair, especially with pups and young dogs.
