where can I find out when and where dog shows are?

Alright this seems easy enough but I haven't been able to find a good link to see where and when shows are. I feel that there is a place that has all this info but I'm missing it. Is there a link to dog show listings or a place to find that out? Thanks in advance if someone could point me in the right direction:)

Since you are in the US, go to the AKC web site and follow the links to the search engine for shows. Select the coming year and the state and they will give you a list of those approved to date. Also, your training class should have all that information available for students.

Anyways - here is what I found for the next 12 months in Nevada via the AKC website for obedience trials:

Go to www.akc.org, click on 'events' and then "Event and Awards Search" and you can then specify what type of show you ar elooking for and the time rame you are looking for.

If you are willing to travel there is one in Riverton, UT in May that I always go to watch. It is an indoor show and I have always liked it.

Yeah that could be fun, I lived in slc for 2 years and use any excuse I can to get back there:)
