Cool filling out

moto turned 3 years old in september.I haven't weighed him in awhile but he looks like he is still filling out.

He gets complimented all the time. By no means is he over weight. It just looks like he is starting to fill out more in his sides and chest.yet he still has the curves {waste line} by his hips.

I was told alot that he wouldn't really get thick after 2.5 years.Just wondering if any one with about the same age dog is experiencing that.

Re: filling out

My girl filled out quite a bit between 2 and 3...from 82-90 lbs. Easily your male is finishing maturing. I'll bet he looks GREAT!

Re: filling out

Guerin is almost 2 and we are just now seeing some filling out on him. I suspect he will not come into his own fully until 3 or 4.

Re: filling out

Vik started filling out around 20 months. She went from 74lbs to 82. I'm thinking she'd be best around 80.....working to get 2lbs off her.

Re: filling out

Akasha and Keil are both two now and recently I have noticed both of them have started to fill out. Akasha more so than Keil right now, but then he has always been somewhat leaner and lankier than his sister.

Re: filling out

Buca is a 2 year old male and he weighs 90lbs at 25 1/2 inches at the shoulder. He needs some filling out as he still has that awkward puppy look. His head has not fully filled out yet either. I would imagine that he will start to fully mature a lot in his third year.

Re: filling out

Baron is about 2 years old...we think. He's got that big rottie head, and a long lanky puppy body - and he's a KLUTZ.

He'll eventually fill out - I hope...he looks all grown up in the face (except his holiday photo!), but has a very typical 'lanky teenager' body...
