Where abouts in Canada? Is places like SuperPet or PetSmart out of the question? I found a Roots leather collar by fluk at a local farm supply store.
There are a few local craft shows and a couple that I met last year make genuine leather colars for dogs with their names and contact info on them. I will try to find them at up comming shows and pass along the info.

I got 2 beautiful black leather rolled collars on eBay for $9.95 USD each plus $1.85 shipping..amazing and they are brand new and beautiful :D
