Rolled leather collars...

Well, Cooper must be bulking up a bit more; his collar is getting snug and I want to get him a new one. I prefer the rolled leather ones because of his big "mane." For anyone who doesn't know he is a long haired Rottweiler:

His coat is heavier now than in those pics, I think he was still growing out the clip he had last summer.
I've ordered collars from these people before and they are really good:

Does anyone have any other sources for really quality collars? Just in case I see one I like better...?

Wow...I had no idea there was such thing as a long haired rottweiler. I think Athena must be one too!

But here's a collar that Major posted awhile back that I think is just great:

It's $6, AND (ta da!):

For another $4, you can get a brass name plate riveted on to the collar. (you get 3 lines engraving).
Shipping and handling's a pain, though ($7, if you only get the collar and brass plate.)

Personally, I'm waiting until Athena's finished growing. I got a $50 gift certificate to Coach, and I'd much rather spend it on a collar for her than chip in $100 to get purse for me. :p

Carina, I got a very nice rolled collar and braided leash from these people: Schaaf Saddlery . You have to order by phone, but they are really nice folks, wanted to know all about my dogs. They show Scottish Terriers in obedience.

I saw this yesterday and ordered the collar and leash today. This type of leash alone at local pet stores runs about $25 with the collar another $18. Shipping is pricey, but still overall much cheaper than Petsmart.
