organizations and friends. Pets & Animals in Distress is contacting
shelters, organizations, animal lovers and as many volunteers in every
state
in America to participate, network and represent to be a voice for the
animals in their state who cannot speak and sign and pass this important
National petition on. We are looking for team leaders in every state to
help
light the fire to get this petition going so that our signatures and voices
will be heard. Each States goal is to get 100,000 signatures from residents
of thier State that agree with the Petition that will then will be passed
on
to all public county and state officials including the Governor of each
state to help set a initiative to pass a FREE Spay / Neuter program that
all
public county kill shelters will offer to all their county and state
residents. This same Free Spay / Neuter program is already offered by a
public county kill shelter in Florida to all county residents that is
working, which you will read about in the petition.


The time has come to stop wasting our tax dollars to kill more animals
every year and start using the money to save more animals from being
needlessly killed and born into society. A Free spay / neuter program is
the
only solution that can work. Please support and sign the petition today and
pass it on!
