| What should the appropriate Papers look like?? There is so much talk about the breeders out here ( and there are no shortage of them) but everyone has "papers" for their "gorgeous, beautiful, the very best you can buy puppies" Well what should these papers look like and are these papers routinely faked???

| The term is "Wall Papered" and Puppy Mills will routinely do this. They will claim that a bitch and a dog had bred and file for a litter reg. They get that and apply those papers to what ever pups happen to be around at the time. :(  :( |
