Underweight?

My littlest one is now 11 weeks and weighs 19 lbs, the vet said he looks slightly underweight, but no worms, good energy, etc... i can see ribs if I look hard enough...He eats 2 cups of Canidae per day and I must force him to do that...His parents were both relatively large...

Is this normal?

My other puppy at 12 weeks weighed 37lbs...

and mine weighed 33 pounds at 5 months....if you can see ribs real good, maybe he is too skinny. if not, leave him alone and dont worry about his weight. I think 38 pounds at 12 weeks is just plain too heavy!

I just looked at Schatz's chart.
At 9 1/2 wks she weighted 11.5..My Vet thinks she will be a little girl..She ate about 2 cups a day. Just remember that it is warm out and your baby might not feel like eating..Schatz likes the early morning and late evening for eating, when its cooler.

Cooper weighed about 20lbs at 11 weeks. Now at almost 7 months he's 75lbs, quite a big boy! As long as he's healthy, eating fine & not fat, he'll be fine...
