Exercise for a 4 mo?

What distance walk is a 4 mo Rottie capable of handling? I want to exercise her enough... but not too much.

A four month old puppy should get more then enough exercise through playing. A walk should be pretty short with plenty of time for exploring and should be at the puppy's pace.

I agree. Most dog owners tend to over exercise their puppies, which have detrimental negative effects on the pups' proper development and health.
