Pit attack

A five year old Minneapolis girl was attacked by a Pit Bull yesterday. She has severe injuries on her face. Reportedly a friend of the owner brought the dog to a park and tied it to a dumpster. Don't know if the person went to the store or something or what. Supposedly the girl had played with the dog before and no one understands "why the dog decided to attack her." The dog will be destroyed; police reported that the dog was aggressive when they arrived, but at the shelter he was curled up quietly in the back of his run. More irresponsible dog owners (and in my opinion the parent or whoever was supervising the child) and a dog and an innocent child suffer by paying the price.
