Lying down funny

I have a question. Moose tend to lie flat on his stomach with his legs spread eagle. He does this quite a bit. Now my question is, he seems to like itm but could this be bad for his hips or anything????

Not to worry. Some say it means they have good hips. I don't know if it's true but my 8yr old female who has average hips has never layed like that but my 4yr old with excellent hips does all the time. She even scoots accross the floor like that to scratch her belly. :D

LOL...I had to laugh. I don't have an answer to the question as I was going to post asking the same thing. Our newest baby, Zoe, is 6 months old and lays like that all the time. We've nicknamed her "froggy girl".

Good to know. None of my other dogs have ever done this, so I thought I would inquire. :) He does the crawling accross the floor like that also. I find it quite cute & funny, but figured I should question it just in case! :D
