| HELP! I couldn't 'live chat'....... I tried to get into the forum's live chat last nite (for the first time) and I was not able to. I'm sure it was due to user-error. Could somebody please tell me all the necessary steps to make it happen correctly the next time. Thanks in advance. Skip
