| Eating deer feces! Why is it that my girl loves to eat deer feces? When she goes for walks she also loves to roll around in it.

| Normal dog behaviour. Some dogs roll and others don't. Most dogs like deer poop. :D I had to tell my female "no" for 3 years before she stopped rolling in the poop. Wait till they roll in the bear poop, ewwww stink! |

| In the stretch of forest we use there is turkey, deer and (most unfortunately) cat poop a plenty. I have to make sure I do not have after-walk plans that preclude a bath. Gypsy rolls in it and eats it. On our next vet visit I will ask if she needs any special worming. Frau

| Semms all dogs have a "thing" about eating cat poop! One of my dogs, became pretty sick after doing this, he had a quite severe gastric infection. Now, I make sure they don't get in it again!, that was enough for me, not to mention him, but of course, he had no idea what made him ill!! |
