Alright, you guys win! No Neuticles will be installed on Sumo when he is neutered.

Some of you guys have suggested that Neuticles are for the benefit of owners not the dogs. In my case, i really don't care if my dog's sack looks empty. Every male dog i've owned i've neutered. I just thought that the dog might realize the difference. But i'll trust all of your opinions, that the dog doesn't know the difference.
