Will my girl ever fill out?

My Ebony is 13 months old. She weighs about 74 pounds and is very lean. I am just wondering if ALL Rotties fill out. I like her lean because she had HD and its easier on her hips but I think a little filling out wouldn't hurt. I was just wondering if there are Rotties out there that maintain that puppy like build.

Cassie is 7 months and very slender with long legs. She is about 65lbs. I would suspect she will fill out eventually.

With my Rotties, it took them between 3-4 years to totally fill out. From my understanding through other Rottie owners, this breed is very slow to mature.

I have a 14 month old girl that is very lanky looking, but she seems to be filling out more quickly then Sheena and Damian did.

I'd rather have them lean at that age, still
just a pup. You've still got over a year. don't be too eager to bulk her up, she'll fill out in time!

Steve,

Believe me I am not quick to want to bulk her up. She has moderated HD and I know any excess weight will only hurt her. I just was curious as to when she will fill out. I am just trying to build up her back end a little she is lacking back there from the HD. The running throught the 9 inches of snow we got today should help and its still falling.

Ebony, you and I both have to be a little more patient. Nero is 15mos now, very tall, big head, deep chest, but I'm waiting for him to broaden as well
