Puppy question?

It has been a while since we had a puppy and I can remember.
When do they start loosing their puppy teeth?
Brandy is 15 weeks old and still has those needle teeth. She is good and has stopped most of her puppy biting, But every once and a while when she is chewing on something she is not supposed to she catches you with one of those needles.

Also, when do you stop telling people how old your puppy is in weeks?

The front teeth between the canines (incisors) start to be changed for adult teeth after 12 weeks and is all completely changed by 16 weeks. The canines switch to adult ones between 5 and 6 months of age. The molars are all in by 8 months

Once they hit 3 months old I start telling people their age in months. But I keep track of the weeks still for the vaccinations and titer schedule

i was wondering about that. now lets say a dog dosen't lose a tooth in this time? dose it call for a vet?? or do we just wait and see.... cause damien has one of his baby incoirs- i think that is what it is. its the long teeth in front..... he's lost like 3 out of 4 of them.. and the fourth one the adult tooth grew in next to the baby tooth. its a little odd looking.

Retained pupy teeth can cause problems such as decay in adult teeth (they trap food etc between the teeth)

Any retained puppy teeth (as well as rear dew claws is any) can easily be removed by your vet at the same time your puppy is spayed/neutered at little extra cost usually
