Any Arthritis after TPOs?

I've posted about cart-pulling to strengthen Gracie's hips due to HD and whether to proceed with TPOs. Talked with one owner whose dog was operated on at 7 months and was crated for 5 months.

The dog's now 5 and for about 5 months had been crying upon rising. The vet had her start Synovi-Cre and that's helped a lot. She'd do it over but the husband wouldn't put the dog through it. Especially now seeing the pain and arthritis that's starting.

Has anyone else had TPOs done and now that their dog is older is the dog starting to have arthritis?

Gracie's 6.5 mo and is already painful but doesn't yelp - she's walking stiff-legged on rear legs, doesn't run a lot with other dogs, lays down a lot at the park, has a bit of a funny gait sometimes on rear legs. No bunny-hop yet except up the stairs. She's a trooper but I can see she looks exhausted sometimes.

Any input about arhtritis after TPO is appreciated if you've gone through this.
