At home at last

Well Blaze (I prefer that name to Blitze) has finally come home and she's really cute. I haven't had a full night's sleep since she arrived Wed. but she doesn't go in the house, IF the doors open. She goes out all by herself (would you believe 9 weeks old? ). At night she's crated, and wakes me up ever 2 or three hours to take a leak or else! Well, hopefully she'll soon hold the whole night long.

She's a real ball of energy and fire and I just adore her. I only hope she'll be as good as I expect!

Congratulations Leader! ;)

I know you've been waiting a long time for your little bundle.
You may not remember the JOY of those first few weeks at home, but they grow so fast don't they. :D

Have a little patience you'll get back to a good nights sleep before you know it.

Enjoy your new baby.

I have five more days to go until my little comes home.

I am excited, trying to shake off a bad cold has really made it hard.

Congrats on your new little puppy... My how time flies... It seems that you just announced her birth. My little girl Maddie is now 16 weeks... she's been w/ me since 7 weeks. She is turning into everything I was looking for... She's already got a cute bark and hold (for her food dish) and has a great bite on the puppy tug....

Good Luck to you and Blaze... I have a Blaise too... except he's a HE!

It's so much fun. Thanks everyone for such wonderful replies. If she turns out to be good enough Yes I will do ringsport with her. She's about 9.5 wks old (I'm terrible in math:( ) Born July 12th and growing, I hope. I'm still a little wary because of Teena. As soon as she doesn't eat, I start getting really anxious. Oh well, live and learn. She's so much fun. i wish I DIDN'T HAVE TO WORK AND COULD SPEND ALL MY TIME WITH HER AND LEADER. (OOPS THAT'S A typing error...fatigue.

She's semi-house broken already. Not that she'd ask to go out, :p but I leave the front and kitchen doors open and out she goes to do her thing.

Nelly won't be around much longer. So Blaze will be a great comfort to Leader, I hope. :(

And she actually barks! It's so cute.

Leader

PS I originally posted under working dogs because she will be a working dog....:D
