Rottie on TV

Last night while I was watching the Weather Channel, they featured a segment on flea & tick prevention for pets. Standing next to the commentator was a very nice Rottweiler. Has anyone else seen this? It is pleasing to see a Rottie featured in a neutral environment, just as a dog. Since I watch the Weather Channel frequently, I am surprised that I have not seen this segment before, especially since flea & tick season is waning in most parts of North America.

I have Direct TV, and I know which commercial you are talking about. I think he's an English Mastiff in brindle. Awesome dog!

I was thinking mastiff too, but I have never seen a black one. What a cute doggie.

There is a video on BET by the artist TANK that shows a rottweiler in a natural environment. He is gorgeous. The man walks him and leaves him at a post and someone walks up to him pets him. It made me feel so good to see a rottie in their real personna and not the one the media has created.

The artist is a rott owner himself and appreciates the breed for the breed itself.
