Pretty much any dog supply store will sell prongs but not many do COD. I do think www.????????.com does though. Good luck.

Mike

EDIT : Just saw they don't do cod's outside the US. Do you not have any pet stores around you?

what I like

what I used for one of my girls for obedience training was the head halter it is not harmful at all, and your in total control of your dog at all times, they can still eat or drink, I just dont leave it on all the time I only used it for training, I think it is great. and it is very gentle.. check into it. I think you will find it alot better
then a prong, :)

good luck

Most knowledgeable Rottweiler trainers reccommend the prong. Don't buy into that 'it looks painful" BS. It's a very humane collar that just looks bad. It should be really called a pinch collar as that is what it does. It's a great way to help control the dog but at the same time give you the abiltiy to make a quick fair correction. Head halters are ok but have lots of limitations. I've used them before but don't like them too much. They are the only thing they allow us to use at the shelter and yes they can & do work. I suggest a prong & some training though. There should be many discussions on here in the archives about why their merits or lack therof. The only thing I do advise is that you make sure a professional or someone who knows what they are doing shows you how to fit & use the collar. I'll try to find some links in the archives and post them for you . Good luck.

Thanks for repyling, I knew I had come to the right place. There are no trainers anywhere near me, and am welcoming all hints. I love my Rottie, and want him to be a good dog, (which he is, considering his age :) . I train him everyday, some days are good others well..., I will not give up, and am learning alot inhere, keep coming with ideas, I can surely ues them....

I agree. i think Prongs are very effective and LOOK a lot more painful than they are. To fully understand what they do, I put one on myself and pulled on it. It pinches rather than digs into your skin.
