Need some help preparing for Ag day demonstration

My soon to be 1 year-old female Rottweiler and I have been invited to speak at a school sponsered Ag day. There will be several booths set up for the 9-10 year old children to travel around to for a 15 minute presentation by all the speakers. I was wondering if any of you guys could help me out and offer any suggestions on some of the most important things I could mention in these 15 minutes. Gabby is the 1st dog that I have ever done any "real" obedience training with and since we got her (a little less than a year ago) we have jumped into training her head-first. Since I didn't have a clue as to how to train, we began private lessons at 8 weeks of age and since that time she has graduated basic obedience, intermediate obedience and then attended a second intermediate obedience class just to keep her and us on our toes. Anyhow, during the course of this year I became interested in taking our obedience training to the next level and plan on competing her in AKC obedience very soon. My husband and I also got involved in 4-H and started a 4-H dog club in our county. So some of the things that I am thinking of is stressing the importance of obedience training, talk about bite prevention, give a demonstration of obedience (heeling, sitting, downing) and perhaps also mention our 4-H dog club to any of the kids that have a dog and would be interested in participating. I have worked very hard with my pup on training her and I want to do my part to improve the image of this wonderful breed. We are very honored that we have been invited to participate in this event. Any suggestions and input would be appreciated. Thank you!:D

I think you have wonderful ideas, and since you have such a personal interest in obedience, I would think that you'd enjoy it a lot to talk to the kids about it, as well as demonstrate it with your wonderful Rottie.
