| Tip for teething puppies and crates My trainer said that when leaving an unattended teething puppy (ie you are sleeping) in a crate you should leave it bare. No padding, towels, or blankets. The reason is that the puppy may start to chew and eat the padding, towel, or blanket and could choke on it. I thought this was good advice and wanted to share it with those of you with puppies who are crate training. |

| true no blanket or rug because they will chew them or worse yet learn to pee on them and bunch them in the corner so they can sleep in a dry crate BUT be sure to leave non destructible toys in the crate for chewing! Like nylabones etc..
