I have heard that there is a childrens book series that is all about a little child and his Rottie. I was wondering if anyone eles has heard of this book, if they know the name or possibly where I can get them from:)

Thanks!

Good Dog Carl series ... can't remember the author

Basically there's no words, just pictures ... but you can figure out the story line.

Yes,
The Good Dog Carl books are by Alexandra Day. I have them all-well I'm missing a couple-displayed on the counter in my hallway.

There's another series about a Rottweiler named Rosie...fashioned after Alexandra Day's books no doubt but I'm sorry I don't remember the name of the author.

Check out the childrens books on ebay for Carl books. You can often times find them in great condition for a little less than brand new in the book stores. Last week I bid on one and got it for a total of 4.00, shipping included! I think retail was like 9.99.

The book I want to get is "Carl Pops Up." It's a fun book, but hard to find in excellent condition without paying over retail used. I guess it must've been very limited in production or something.

Excellant books. If you happen to catch Animal Planets series Bread All About It on Rotties, you will see the real Carl who was one of the very first therapy dogs.
