Your breeder is also an invaluable resource for this. They'll know from the history of the bitch what she tends to produce. Her lines will also be a huge source of information to the right person.
If you specifically want a type of look, be sure that you tell your breeder that! Open dialog is a must in this situation.
If you don't trust that the breeder knows, or if you question their abilities to chose, I'd chose another breeder! ;) A good solid breeder knows their dogs and should be able to give you a good guide to what would best suit you.
One thing to keep in mind though - temperament should be the deciding factor when selecting a puppy. Again, your breeder is the best resource for this. If you are a type of owner that would do best with a quiet puppy, there's no sense in you getting the alpha of the litter just because of it's head.

Be sure to keep your perspective when chosing - go for the best match to you, your family and your lifestyle - THEN choose 'look'. :)
Congrats on your new pup! Be sure to post pictures in Chit Chat when you get her! :D
