| mijpa: No, you *never* cook bones because doing so causes them to splinter. All bones are given raw. You can get beef marrow bones from the meat section of any grocery store--they usually next to suet & organ meat. If you don't see the, ask. My dogs get frozen raw beef marrow bones 1-2 x/week. Your choice: You can give them to your dog directly from the package or you can freeeze them. I freeze them because I buy several packages at a time & they'll keep frozen. |

| Soup bones and marrow bones are the same thing. Just all depends on what your butcher, supermarket calls them. |
