Can someone define/describe the term "well-sprung" for me?

Re: Well-sprung?

I'm no expert, however I've always understood the term "well sprung" to mean how the ribs are attached to the spine and extend into the body. This forms an over all "look" to the dog along with how the dog functions in it's agility, breathing, etc. Maybe an example would be say .. Doberman vs English Bulldog for an extreme example.
