| Shane goes Select and passes BST At our USRC show in Ohio last saturday, my boy Shane went V1 in the working class, then went on to win Select Male. There was some very strong competition in the ring with him for Select. He also passed his BST later that same day. Very good day for us.

| Re: Shane goes Select and passes BST Thanks. He was in especially good shape (in my opinion). He had lost about 10 pounds a couple months ago when we were training for his SchH1 because he was getting a little lazy on the tracking...SO as an incentive he only got fed at the end of his track. It worked, but it trimmed him down quite a bit. After he passed his 1 a couple months ago, we just slowly did a lot of activities to build up muscle mass, and I added more protein to his diet. He was a very sold 126 pounds (about 26.5" tall) at the show last saturday.

| Re: Shane goes Select and passes BST Should have mentioned...Judge was Lucy Ang, USRC. I think she did a great job judging our show...and not just because of Shane. She's very knowledgable, and has put many work and show titles on her own dogs...many from her own breedings.
