Congratulations again Skip!!!!! If memory serves me correct, you didn't have much time between Shane being named select male and starting the BST. You sure did have a great day!!!

CONGRATS SKIP... I was sick all weekend and could not make the drive out...darn kidney infection. Congrats on the accomplishments wish I was there to see it. How old is shane? Sounds like a stout boy. Jake is 26 inches and 88 lbs...my skimmy little boy but then again only 19 months..How old is shane?

Thanks...sorry you couldn't make it. Glad to hear you are doing better. Shane turned 3 on December 2nd. He's very solid. Good muscle mass.

We go for a run/hike almost every evening. I have a chest harness on him and I usually let him pull me for about 3/4's of a mile or so. The rest of the run/hike is a mixture of sprints, jogging, hill climbing, and walking.

oh wow he is a year and a half older then jake...ok cool...

The running is something I do with jake also. Seems to really start to make him fill out....
