How Can I find Pedigree Information

Here is what I added so far.
See there are some great dogs in this pedigree(but far back)..
All puppy mill and back yard bred dogs go back to good dogs,It's just people loose control once you place a male and people start breeding it.Breeders loose control and no matter how hard one trys.Everyone breeding is adding to these type of pedigrees.

I spent a lot of time looking at Fozzy's maternal ancestory, and like you said there are good dogs and dogs with titles.

I would like Fozzy's name displayed as: Baronesse Fozzy Dace, DOB 10/23/99. Owner Duane & Dawn Dace. Should her picture be current or from her younger days?

Pawvillage has been know to have errors and gaps. If you see them - you can contact them & submit your information. I prefer to use AKC, OFA, & ADRK as they are recognized credible databases for the information you seek. Certified pedigrees are available from official Breed organizations of each country. ie AKC, CanKC, ADRK, etc.

However OFA can be vague as some people have not entered AKC #'s of imports onto the dog's OFA database result profile. This does not allow prospective puppy buyers/owners to evaluate the dogs in the offspring, or their clearances.

data bases are only as good as the people adding to them.I know people who make up litters and add them as a game...Not funny for the site as it should be taken seriously and not as a joke...
Pawvillage has to be one of the best for Rottweilers.Each dog is checked to insure that they are real dogs(that is why people need to add registeration numbers to every dog).I look up each dog on the AKC site to insure proper spelling.
All data bases can be wrong .
But it is still a great tool for all..
