...regarding the following Rottweilers:

Tanja Vom Emberg; Brando; Jeneck's Sam

Apparently our foster, Jayda, is related to these dogs.

If I heard the info correctly, Tanja is Jayda's great-grand-dam...and Brando and Sam figure into the paternal side of the pedigree somwhere...

Not that it matters - she's a sweet dog, not conformation material in any way shape or form, and she's spayed.

Now, agility might be more her speed - she's agile, and petite/slight in build compared to what the standard states...and we're having a blast in her beginner agility classes!

Any info would be greatly appreciated, if only so we know her 'family' better!

Well phooey - I checked pawvillage and didn't find Sam...! Thanks!

I tried pawvillage for everyone- got Tanja but not much more...thanks again!

Jayda is starting agility next week...oh boy, the fun begins!

Kind of funny - when I look through different rottweilers' pedigrees at pawvillage I find they all have some ancestors in common. Like 'Lord Binder' (-he must have been a hunk!). He is in Sam's pedigree and in my Mathilde's pedigree as well.

Now if we could only get the male rott from the same kennel out of the puppy mill he landed in prior to Jayda's owner surrendering the rest of her dogs I could die happy :(

Jeneck's Sam, to the best of my knowledge, is still alive and well in FL with Amanda Hoskinson. He's a very well built boy, medium in size and did well in both showing and trialing. I"m sure you can easily find contact info for Amanda online.
