Do you have access to a vet with ultrasound? This Is the best way to tell what's going on. You can tell if puppies are alive, being absorbed, if there's an infection, etc. Of course, if there's been any discharge but no signs of labor, you should get in touch with your vet ASAP. A greenish discharge is usually indicative of a detached placenta and can mean dead puppies. Reddish brown or yellowish discharge can indicate an infection.

due date

My female is expecting her third litter any minute now. The first 2 were delivered on the 63rd day. She is currently on her 65th. When do I need to start worrying and what do I do? I have several books that do not tell me anything about her going longer than usual. Any advice or comments? Thanks!

How is your bitch acting? If she seems to be in labor or stressed out in any way I would call my vet. If she seems just fine I'd wait another day.
