| Who is the best Schutzhund Rottweiler Breeder near Michigan? I live in Royal Oak, Michigan and I'am in the market for a Schutzhund quality Rottweiler. Who is the best local breeder that has the best Schutzhund Rottweilers? I understand that there are a lot of bad breeders out there and you have to be careful and do you homework before buying. :) |

| http://www.geocities.com/glrottweiler/index.html There's the link to the Great Lakes Rottweiler Club. We cannot post breeder websites on the board, but there will be some good contact people in the club. Good luck in your search!

| IF you truly want to compete in SchH with a Rottweiler, you need to focus less on the locality of the breeder, and more on the bloodlines available. The right building blocks (bloodlines) will get you far in the sport, vs. ones which are not so well known for competitive dogs (in any dogsport). Look to the parents, the grandparents, etc. Check both working titles, and health tests!!!!!! Without correct structure and health, there's no sense in even trying to work a dog for the long term.
