This Bill is trying to be pushed through to promote Breed Specific Legislation - it also is trying to assist the Dade County banishment of Pit Bulls so that individual Counties may do what ever they like - No Dobies, No Rotties, No Shepherds etc...
Please I know the site is busy but please keep trying WE ALL NEED to Unite in this battle.

I just emailed the representative who started this bill. My feeling toward breed specific legislation are akin to the segregation of the mid 1900's. Please feel free to quote my email in part or it's entirety. "ban the deed...not the breed" was a quote that I found on the internet years ago from another responsible dog owner, and I feel applies now more than ever!
