Bsl in indiana- indianapolis

Where would I go to see if my city indianapolis is thinking about doing BSL, Im in to politics so I know how easily opinions can shift if it will benefit a politician. I want to be able to help people understand about the breed and species in general that i love. let me know if anyone here's any news or can direct me to where I would be able to find out about cases that would specifically effect me and my city.

If I remember correctly, I believe the AKC website now has a section for alerts on Dog Laws - I believe it is under news. And if you google Breed Specific Legislation there are tons of sites that come up and some of them do show what states / cities are considering BSL or some sort of Dangerous Dog law.

I found our city ordinances under animal care and control. State rules were found under commerce department.

Doh......I didnt think about looking online. Shurely Indy has all of their ordinances online. And no, I'm not calling you Shirley....

Also, check your local humane society or rescue groups. They tend to have a lot of info on latest legislation or any activism going on in your community.
