Re: Pit Bulls Break Into Home, Maul Woman

Oh really now? I didn't say ALL Pits do attack dogs i said GAME BRED dogs do! I wouldn't own a Pit Bull or Rottweiler if I was the reason BSL happens!

I just don't understand why she had to say "fighting dogs" or "this wasn't preventable".. YES IT WAS! The person watching the dogs should have been WATCHING them! Not leaving them chained up in the back yard! Blame the deed not the dog! It's not the dogs fault they got loose! The owner should have taken responsibility and if he knew they were liable to attack people or other dogs without provocation, they should have taken the confinement to the max or even had them speutered.

I just don't like the way Toby had to point it out that it was the dog's fault they got loose and killed the little dog!

Yes they are vicious, yes they killed a dog and yes they attacked a human and they should be put down! But to say it's the dog's fault makes it sound as if she was blaming the breed and not the deed

All I wonder is what is so miswired in a dog's head that it goes into somebody's house and attacks a sleeping women?

For crying out loud, WHERE does it say PIT BULL????? It DOESN'T!!! Give it a rest - I, too, wonder what's so miswired in a DOG'S HEAD.

She didn't say it wasn't preventable - she said it doesn't matter if it was preventable - if the dog is miswired, the dog is miswired and should not be alive on this earth.

LOL, well that kinda hard to do, since the DOG did it.

Yes, no matter WHAT breed.

What breed? She was blaming the viciousness of the DOG, whatever his history. And I agree.

Wow, valentine, you're going off the deep end here.

Just remember, I own a rottweiler, not a golden retreiver.

I truely think that a dog MUST be miswired to go into somebodies house and attack it. REGARDLESS of breed. The dog should be PTS wether it was a chihuaua, lab, or pit bill. It mauled a sleeping women-THAT is a DEED that should be punished.
