Springfield MA meeting August 22 Re: vicious dog ordinance and breed ban

Please feel free to cross post any where. This is located in Springfield , MA which is a city of 155,000 in the western part of MA about 90 miles from Albany NY.

I wish I had seen this sooner - I am temporarily in Chicopee and am VERY concerned about the current situation here!!
