UPDATE: Lawsuit settled

Just an update for the forum, my brother in laws sister who sued me claiming a bite, which was a scratch recieved $2,500. When I was contacted by my insurance company the attorney was laughing. Remember of that money, $800.00 is emergency room, and 1/3 goes to her lawyer. Also my Homeowners insurance said after sending an investagator to meet my dogs they are not dropping or raising my insurance. Anyone interested in obtaining the name of the company can e mail me at lexxy34@hotmail.com.

For once a good guy comes in first!

Why did she get so much? Shouldn't she only have gotten the medical bills paid. If it was only a scratch why did the medical bills amount to $800. I don't understand. This doesn't quite seem fair to you or your dog.

Well good for you then. If this is good. Plus she won't get but around 875 to pocket. DDon't let her anywhere near your baby again or near you for that matter. She is obviously just out for a free ride!!
