| Same sex aggession Is this mainly a same sex close in age thing, no matter the breed? I currently have a 5.5 yr female, spayed. has shown minor aggression when leashed but not when loose in the yard. There is a 3 year female newf rescue available. Is this a bad combo? The reason for the newf being put up is that is not used to city life. I live in a city but only work 4 hours a day so she would be getting lots of time with owner. In addition I have access to a lake which I could use at least 2x a month |

| It totally depends upon the individual. The caution is when people are bringing in pups and don't think ahead about when the pup matures! You have to know the character of the individuals involved. Do not believe for one minute that the Neuf was turned in because it didn't adapt to city life! What is there to adapt to? I am quite certain it wasn't riding the range before moving and now getting cabin fever.
