DEEP Grumble Growl

My 4 1/2 month old, and when I get in from work it's normally time for her to eat. But sometimes I have to do something before I feed her, and she lets out this deep growly grumble as if to say, come on you know it's time for me to eat, hurry up. Then I feed her and she's find. That's the only time she does it is if it's time for her to eat. Has anyone else experienced that?

That sounds more like a "I'm sooooooo happy you're home". Claus does this when we get home, but he wants us to scratch his hind quarters and talk dog with him. Then next thing you know we're all running around the house doing the deep grumble growl.:D Also, for the most part we have a set time that they eat in the morning and in the evening, but on training days they eat way later. Don't want them to get caught up in a schedule, so that way if I'm late with the dinner - I wont get barked out.:D

Thanks Pbach. Now that I think about it, before I feed her. She wants to hug and kiss. Yeah I try not to let her get stuck on a schedule, in case I am not there to jump to her call
