| Eyebrows are freaky My 5 month old, Gryffindor, really gets psyched if I let him watch my eyebrows move up and down. He starts to bark at me, is this general horseplay or am I sending him a signal of some kind that I shouldn't be? Any ideas? Thanks |

| I don't know if you're giving her messages or if your changing expressions just intrigue her! ;) Either way - it's fun to know that she's that focused on you. She must be great to train! :D

| As your eyebrows are moving up and down, you're probably staring your dog right in the eye to watch his reaction. He's staring right back at you and may be reacting more to your staring at him than he is to your eyebrows. You think his reaction is funny and your dog knows by your body language that you're not angry, but relaxed and he probably thinks you want to play. If I look my young dog right in the eye and hold the stare, she will stick her bum up in the air, bark and jump at me, trying to entice me to play. When my two dogs play together, the one initiating the play will freeze and then stare intently at the other. If the other one stares back, the one initiating it will do the play bow and then the fun begins. |
