HELP! Puppy emergency situation

Ok here is the deal. I found a rottweiler mix today. It is still a small puppy and I don't know what to do with it. My problem is that it is very fearful of my dogs. I don't think it is more than 4 months old but it snarles everytime they come near. How do I deal with this it is shy and fearful but it overcomes the fear for treats. There was no tag/collar on the dog so I am going to try to contact a rescue about him tonight. He looks like a german shephard rottweiler mix. Any advice you can give would be great. I want to do the best I can for this baby I know he isn't too old to be helped.
