If his prostate is enlarged now... this will not get better only worse with old age.:( Much better to do a simple neuter surgery at the age of 6 then to wait till it is an emergency situation and he cannot urinate or deficate because his prostate is blocking everything. This is very common in middle age and older dogs that are not used for breeding.
I also think it is cruel for your other dog to be molested and bugged:(
If you are having a baby you do not need to be worried about this.. you will soon have other worries:)
Just take the dog in and have him neutered...put your foot down and don't let your fiance even argue about it.:D
