| Well I can only say...if you have ample leashes; put one in the truck and tell him that if he chooses not to use it; then it's HIS FAULT if something happens to the dog.....or a child...or someone elses dog.......
It's a matter of responsiblity.
Yes; the dog should come when called no matter what.....but YOURS obviously isn't trained enough so if HE wants her to do it.....tell him to grab a leash and hike to obedience classes.
