Well.....geez.....since they are so sure of that, why the heck did they allow the litter to be born? They should have spayed the female and neutered the male.

Well, of course it does....and especially with mixed breeds because you do not know what that mix is going to produce in temperament - reliability in characteristics is the reason purebred dogs have been developed in the first place.

Actions speak louder than words, so I would just say "Okay, if that's the way you want it...", and make damn sure I raised that puppy to be the best canine good citizen on the block. When they see that, either they will come around or they won't.....and I wouldn't spend one minute stressing over what they think. Spend that time raising your puppy well instead.
