Don't think you've been looking in the right places. There are a number of breeders who follow the standards. Besides, I question if you even know what the standards are, because if you did, you would know to go to USRC or other Rottweiler related shows held here in the USA. Especially if you are looking for well rounded working and correct confirmation dog.
As others have mentioned, you get all kinds of breeders in every country, some good, some bad. You just have to look in the right places and ask the right questions to find the COE breeders. |
