If he was neutered young, actually, it can really affect how tall he is in that the lack of testosterone does not tell the growth plates when to close, potentially making him far taller than his unneutered/neutered later on brothers.

I have a perfect example of this in my second litter - the boy is 29 inches tall, he was neutered at 6 months. His 3 brothers, one is still intact, one was neutered at 2, and the other at a year, are FAR shorter, stockier, less leggy than he is.

I would guess your guy is very close to stopping growth in his height, filling out will take a few years however.
