you can ask your vet for a prescription to buy a dewormer elsewhere such as a catalog or petsmart or you can try getting panacur or safeguard(same thing, made by same manufacturer intervet).
panacur suspension is sold in horse feed stores and for dogs it is 1cc per 5 lbs.
we use panacur in suspension or powder.
