I don't agree with having to muzzle ANY dog just because of what it is. That is no different then castrating all males because some rape. Totally stupid. Punish anything because of what another did??
Yes, if your dog has a problem... muzzle until it can be corrected.
I have rotts and foster pitties and most were abused. I have NEVER had to muzzle any of them.
Any form of BSL that is supported will come back and bite you in the ass.
